# Coverage

> What the Atlas index tracks today, and how coverage grows.

As of July 2026, the Atlas index tracks a catalog of **\~835 vaults** and publishes scores
for **\~341** of them across **7 protocols** and **5 chains**, with execution supported on
six chains (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Base, BNB Chain). Coverage grows
adapter by adapter; a vault only enters the scored set when its data pipeline meets the
quality bar described in [Reading a score](/score/reading-a-score).

The same scores that power the app are available programmatically via a
[read-only API](/api-reference/introduction) for teams that want to quote the Atlas Score
on their own earn surfaces.
